Our meeting rooms are for City Departments, City Center tenants and other government entities.

A reservation must be made through the Administrative Secretary.

City Departments have first priority.

Non- profit community groups may also request to book a room.


City Council Chambers are used for regularly scheduled City Council meeting, the second and fourth Tuesday of every month, as well as Planning Commission meetings, the second and fourth Thursday of every month.

Reservations are not confirmed unless rental fee is paid. All reservation fees paid are reviewed and reservations will be cancelled if fees are not paid correctly.
