CITY OF MOAB

NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE OR AMEND IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLANS AND PREPARE NEW IMPACT FEE ANALYSES

                                                                                 

The City of Moab intends to prepare new or amend its existing impact fee facilities plans and prepare new impact fee analyses as required in UCA §11-36A-501 and 503. The work will include the possible adoption of new or amended impact fee facilities plans and new impact fee analyses and new impact fees for water supply, treatment and distribution facilities; wastewater collection and treatment facilities; parks, recreation facilities, open space and trails; public safety facilities, storm water, drainage and flood control facilities; and roadway facilities.

The Impact Fee Facilities Plans and Impact Fee Analyses will include the entire corporate limits of the City of Moab. If any plans or impact fees will be adopted or revised, a separate public hearing notice will be published.
