On Thursday, March 31, the Moab City Council will hold a special meeting to discuss and possibly take action on Draft Ordinance 2022-05: An Ordinance Amending The Moab Municipal C
ode R3/R4 Zones With An Active Employment Household Requirement.
This ordinance would require a percentage of active employment household units to be included in all multi-household dwelling developments in the City’s R3 and R4 zones.
