In light of recent flooding events, Grand County has put together the following information regarding cleanup efforts:
- Contact your insurance agent.

- Document everything! Document damage, take pictures and/or video, note dates and times where possible, etc. If you have any "before" pictures and/or video, please include them in your damage assessment survey.
- Fill out the Private Property Damage Assessment Survey and include all documentation:
- This survey is to gather and track flood damages as a result of recent flooding events in Grand County and to plan future flood hazard mitigation projects. Those with property damage with the City of Moab are welcome to submit their information.
- Go to www.grandcountyutah.net/flood to access the Property Damage Assessment Survey
4. Start clean-up
These debris removal instructions are for Grand County property owners outside of Moab City limits.
- Please move the debris to the edge of your property line - do not block or impede traffic or access in any way
- Call the Grand County Road Department at 435-259-5308, Monday-Thursday, 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. to schedule pick-up.
- Please leave a message if there is no answer and someone will return your call ASAP.
Moab City Public Works has already removed debris from City residents' yards over the past two weeks. For questions about properties within Moab City limits contact City of Moab Public Works at 435-259-7485.
