The City of Moab is reminding residents that burning is prohibited in City limits.
Burning not only creates a possible fire concern, but it is also a health issue. The burning of yard clippings, bushes, plants, and other yard waste, along with other household waste including recycling and organic material is prohibited.
The County Burn Window applies to county properties only- The use of standard barbecue equipment or gas-fueled enclosed fire pits is allowed
