PUBLIC HEARING

Proposed ORDINANCE 2020-07


The City of Moab will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 9, 2020 at approximately 7:30 p.m. The purpose of this hearing is to solicit public input on Proposed Ordinance 2020-07 – An Ordinance Amending the Moab Municipal Master Fee Schedule and Updating Culinary Water Rates.


Per Governor Gary R. Herbert’s Executive Order 2020-5 issued on March 18, 2020, this public hearing will be held electronically. To register to speak during the public hearing please send an email to ccph@moabcity.org or call the Recorder’s Office at (435)259-2683 by 5:00 pm on June 8, 2020. Participation instructions will be provided upon registration.


To submit written comments prior to the meeting, please email the City Council at city-council@moabcity.org.


In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Recorder’s Office at 217 East Center Street, Moab, Utah 84532; or phone (435) 259-5121 at least three (3) working days prior to the meeting.
