During the joint Moab City Council/Planning Commission meeting at 5 p.m. on Jan. 22, Brent Bateman, lead attorney in the Utah Office of the Property Rights Ombudsman, will meet with council and planning commission members and also answer questions from residents. The meeting will be in the City Council chambers, 217 E. Center Street.
