PUBLIC HEARING
ORDINANCE #2017-10

The City of Moab will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at
approximately 7:15 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Moab City Offices at 217
East Center Street, Moab, Utah.

The purpose of this hearing is to solicit public input Ordinance #2017-10 – An
Ordinance of the Governing Body of Moab Approving the Annexation of 7.02
Acres of land located at 1520 North Highway 191. Copies of the proposed
ordinance are available at the Moab City Recorder’s office and at
www.moabcity.org.

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special
accommodations during this meeting should notify the Recorder’s Office at 217
East Center Street, Moab, Utah 84532; or phone (435) 259-5121 at least three (3)
working days prior to the meeting.
