Utility Service Equal Payment Plans
  • Paying the same amount each month (level payments) can help you conveniently budget by minimizing the impact of seasonal swings of water and sewer consumption.
  • The customer will always be responsible to pay only for actual consumption by the end of their participation in the program.
  • The account will never become delinquent.

Who Qualifies?

  • Residential customers.
  • Must be enrolled in our Auto Pay through Xpress Bill Pay.
  • Must reside in residence and have service at the same address for 12 continuous months.
  • Must have a ZERO balance before enrolling.
  • Must have a good payment history (no more than two late payments and/or service interruptions) in the last 24 months.

How does it work?

  • We average your last 12 months of billing to determine your Equal Pay amount.
  • Your plan is reviewed annually to compare the estimated amount to your actual usage. Any difference will be billed or credited based on the option selected during enrollment. 
  • We monitor your plan year-round and sometimes make changes mid-year to ensure that you do not have a large amount owing at the end of the year.
