Open Utah
The City of Moab is an active participant in Open Utah.  Open Utah promotes transparency and access of information for all state and local government entities.

You can access Open.Utah.gov to view Moab City information and request records.

Request a City Record
Anyone can request a record directly from the City of Moab through the Government Records Access Management Act (GRAMA).  Requests for records can be made online: Click here to request a Record or by mail or in person at our offices:  217 East Center St. Moab, Utah 84532.  You may also call our office for more information at: (435) 259-2683.

All records requests are processed within ten business days.  Fees may apply.

Transparent Moab
The City of Moab strives to maintain a transparent government environment for our citizens.  We classify all city records in accordance with the Government Records Access Management Act (GRAMA) and we post all city financial transactions to the Transparent Utah Website

City Council/Planning Commission Meetings
The City Council and City Planning Commission generally meet twice per month.  All meeting agendas are posted in accordance with the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act.  You can subscribe to receive all Moab City public meeting agendas by clicking here.  

You can subscribe to any public meeting in Utah through the Utah Public Notice Website 

The proceedings from public meetings are available as minutes within 30 days of the meeting.  All Resolutions and Ordinances passed or adopted by the governing body are also available within 30 days of the meeting.  Visit our Agenda Center to search City Council or Planning Commission Meetings.
