The Moab Business and Economic Development Office
The City of Moab Economic Development Office puts Moab businesses in touch with the services that can help them grow.  We collaborate with the Utah Governor's Office of Economic Development and the Department of Workforce Servces to provide programs to local companies that create jobs and increase profits.  We work closely with the Moab Area Chamber of Commerce on campaigns to provide information and training to existing businesses, new start-up forms and aspiring entrepreneurs. Our job is to make it easier for Moab businesses to grow and prosper.

Moab Business Resource Center
The Moab Business Resource Center provides training and counseling for new and existing businesses.

City Planning and Zoning
The City Planning and Zoning Department can help businesses understand zoning and other regulations that may apply to your business. We can also make sure you move through the site plan review and approval process.

Impact Fees
The City of Moab collects Impact Fees for certain types of water and sewer improvements. Impact Fees may apply to your business if you build a new building, change the use of an existing building, or expand your building. Click here to find out more about Impact Fees.
